In my backyard, there were these big weeds. They turned into flowers. Today, monarch butterflies surrounded them. It was very beautiful. My dad was going to cut them down, until the butterflies came and surrounded them. The monarch butterflies, I think they were attracted by the flowers. I have so much to say about them, I don't think we'll ever be done. The monarch butterflies flew away and flew back all afternoon. I couldn't help it. I had to blog about them! We were out there first, I called my mom to come out. She grabbed her camera and stuff and brought a baby out, too.
Pretty awesome weeds! Monarchs are my favorite butterflies. Maybe you can catch a caterpillar someday and watch it make a cocoon and hatch into a butterfly. We used to do that every summer when we were kids.
